A fitness routine that combines Pilates exercises with postures and breathing techniques of yoga. This format is designed to encourage participants to explore and embrace the process of a yoga and Pilates combined through a non-judgmental experience. To give ourselves the permission to explore our bodies, strengthen our awareness, balance our mind, body, and spirit.

Taught in a vinyasa style, the class benefits are; greater health and mental awareness, balance, muscle strength and endurance, and energizing ourselves to meet the needs of daily living, through movement and breath.
