My name is Jen Brehm, and I am the proud mother of two amazing children, Talyn and Shay, who inspire and motivate me every day. I strive to be a supportive friend, dedicated leader, encouraging coach, and positive motivator in both my personal and professional life.
I have called Montana home for the past 9 years. Fitness has always been an important part of my life, and I participated in sports throughout both high school and college. After the birth of my daughter, Shay, I found myself wanting to regain my own strength and fitness. I purchased a spin bike and began my journey back to health—and that's where my passion for indoor cycling truly began.
As my love for cycling grew, I started creating my own playlists and choreographed rides. Before long, I became certified and began auditioning to teach at gyms throughout the Missoula area. From there, I expanded into personal training and coaching small group fitness programs. Through these experiences, I discovered my true passion: helping others build confidence, improve their health, and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
I knew I wanted to create my own fitness business and make a greater impact in people's lives. Leg Up Fitness was born from that vision. My services are built around accommodation, support, accountability, and community. I currently provide personal training services and continue to grow Leg Up Fitness while developing a welcoming space where individuals of all fitness levels can feel encouraged and empowered.
The Story Behind Leg Up Fitness
Leg Up Fitness was named after a ranch in California and inspired by an incredible woman, Stephanie Brehm, whose passion for helping others was at the center of everything she did. Stephanie dedicated her life to creating meaningful connections and opportunities for individuals with special needs through horses, companionship, and community.
Her compassion, selflessness, and commitment to making a difference continue to inspire me. Through Leg Up Fitness, I hope to empower others, create positive change, and impact lives in the same meaningful way she impacted so many people.
I am grateful for the relationships I have built with participants and personal training clients and remain committed to providing a safe, supportive environment grounded in accountability, care, trust, and respect.
