What is Leg Up Fitness?

Leg Up Fitness is a mobile fitness company run by me, Jen Brehm. I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer and certified cycling instructor, but I'll also be your friend, leader, coach and biggest motivator. Whether you're interested in one-on-one training or participating in any of my classes, I'll be there to make sure that you never give up.
