Leg Up Fitness LLC is an indoor cycling and fitness studio in Frenchtown MT. We offer a wide range of fitness opportunities. Whether your looking for instructor led classes or personal training in either small groups or one on ones we are here for you. We are expanding our team and our number one goal at Leg Up Fitness is that you feel welcome and to know you are in a safe place to be vulnerable and take time for you! On behalf of myself Jen Brehm owner and lead instructor/trainer and my team we will do everything we can to provide fun, challenging, safe classes and sessions, but we will also be your friend, leader, coach and biggest motivator.
