Jen Brehm

I've lived in Montana with my family for 7 years now and I love what Montana offers to my soul. I am happy to raise my two beautiful kids in a place like this.
I am passionate about helping others and providing outlets for my own mental and physical health and I am humbled to be able to provide that for others as well.
My classes can be challenging but my goal is that you always feel welcome and accepted for who you are, and where you want to be.

"I fell in love with cycling while in college at the University of Oregon and the rest is history. As I have moved to new towns, my cycling studios are my home away from home. I love the sense of community in such a positive and uplifting environment, and I am so thankful to have this studio in Frenchtown! Whether I'm on the podium or riding along side of you, I can't help but smile.....and even more so when I really feel the burn! When I'm not instructing, you can fine me fishing, hiking, practicing my archery, and soaking up the outdoors anyway possible."

"My name is Chelsea, I'm from the burbs of Chicago. I did the school thing, graduated with a bachelor's degree in zoology at Colorado State University and then moved to Missoula in 2016. My addiction to spin started with Jen. Jen introduced me by being my workout buddy and ended up becoming one of my closest friends. I always loved jamming to music while doing an activity and sharing my experiences with others so when I started to spin with Jen I knew this exercise would be one of my passions. Besides riding the spin bike, you can fine me gaming at home, snowboarding up in snowbowl with my partner, running with my two doggos, and care taking care of all the animals that I can handle."

I am a recent transplant to Frenchtown, MT from Central California, and I love it here! I have had a long successful career in fitness and wellness. It's been my passion for 30 yrs. I have a Bachelor's in Kinesiology, as well as, numerous trainings and certifications in fitness, mind-body, natural health, and nutrition. Through the years, I have managed facilities, taught group classes, personally trained clients, and owned a Pilates and Yoga Studio in California which I closed in 2020 and retired to Montana with my husband. My certifications include instruction in Pilates, Yoga, the MELT Method, and natural health education. I love this industry!

Combined, my husband and I have 6 children and 13 grandchildren, whom I love more than life! I love cooking (yes, I am a foodie), traveling (especially international), entertaining, interior design, writing, and being outdoors.

Currently, I have joined the fabulous team-led by Jen-here at Leg Up Fitness, teaching yoga. This studio is a warm and welcoming place of encouragement, to meet your fitness and wellness needs. It is my honor to be a part of this community and it would be my pleasure to welcome you into class and share in your health journey.

Hey, I'm Jenna, I was born and raised in Missoula and have 2 cats. I graduated college in 2019 with my degrees in Special Education, Elementary Education and Reading. I've always been active my whole life and been involved in every sport under the sun. I started taking group fitness classes at the end of 2020 and got my group certification in 2021 and have been coaching ever since and loving it! I love getting to work with people beyond the school setting while still having fun. Group fitness had such an impact on my life for the better and getting to share that with other people has been such an amazing experience.

A mentor once observed that I organize my life through movement, and it's true that exploring the world through sports and physical activities had been a constant thread through my experiences. Among the more unique of these were 8 years as a ballet dancer, a brief stint as a rower in college, and a trip to an ultimate frisbee national championship tournament as part of a Missoula-based club team in my early 30s. My latest pursuits are running ultramarathons (any distance over 26.2 miles) and power lifting, but you'll also find me mountain biking and skiing. I'm so excited for the community of movement that Leg Up Fitness is creating in Frenchtown and grateful to become a part of it. Like all the staff, I am dedicated to making movement accessible and welcoming for people of all identities and abilities.
