Traditional Spin

In spin class, you pedal along on a stationary bike as the instructor guides you through a visualization of an outdoor workout. In this spin format we focus on bringing the outdoors in experiencing all terrains but eliminating additional choreography from the ride. Solley focusing on imagery and realistic approach to an outdoor experience.

Both these format spin classes not only offer a fun social environment, it's a great workout to burn calories, improve physical and mental strength, it strengthens the heart, also builds muscle and is easier on the joints. Great cross training for runners and for those recovering off knee injuries.
