Are you looking for a class that will build your cardiovascular fitness? We offer different format spin classes that can do just that! You can book a spin class directly here by going to the CLASS SCHEDULE PAGE and clicking on book a class. Or select a link under class descriptions. Our studio offers 35-minute to one-hour spin classes for as many as 9 participants per class.

Rhythm Rides

Rhythm Rides

If you're looking for a challenge, but good energy and music to guide you through your movements rhythm ride classes are a great option for you! It is a beat-based ride gaging tension levels to the sound of the music and includes choreography which works your core, upper body and legs combined. These classes include core work at end of your ride. you can also find rhythm rides in a split class format which includes 30-min on the bike and 30-min off with a sculpt and tone class or a HIIT class intended to help you build strength and/or burn calories faster. Traditional Spin

Traditional Spin

This format eliminates any additional choreography you would see in a rhythm ride class. Focusing on your tension levels and paces only. This approach allows you to focus less on moves and more on the feel of your body based on the terrain.


Both these formats offer great opportunities to improve your cardiovascular fitness which strengthens your heart. Spin is also a great alternative for people with post knee injuries or have back pain. It also offers great cross training for runners.

This format combines both styles of spin. you will experience a good workout with fun choreography through parts of the class but also tracks where you focus only on your level of efforts based on your pace and tension levels. Both approaches will leave you feeling worked in fun and challenging ways!
