This class is an Intro level spin class offered once a month. Its purpose is to help get you set up to your bike properly and focuses on fundamentals of a spin class. Whether it's a rhythm ride class or traditional spin class, we go over resistance levels practicing hills, flats, speeds etc. Also focuses on technique and form in choreography moves in a rhythm ride class.
This is a great class to take if your brand new or even as a refresher for those already participating in spin classes.
