Senior Small Group Training

4 week/ 1 day workout for those 60 years of age or older

This newly added program is intended to support those 60 years of age and older in finding strength, balance, and mobility. We recognize that in different stages of our lives our fitness goals and capabilities change, and we want to support those changes and offer a program that will encourage those in this stage of life.
Our goal is to encourage fitness and a healthy living for all, and this program has opportunity to connect with an audience of similarity but also opportunity to still embrace differences.
We are happy to now offer this program for those of at least 60 years of age.
Working with a certified trainer, Michele, will structure the workouts and further guide you throughout your workout to ensure movements are done safely and correctly.

4 week/ 1 day per week program.

Saturdays 9:30 AM with Michele 8/13-9/3
